Spectacular scenery, rich heritage, magnificent gardens and historic market towns all help to make Cheshire a great destination for groups.
Gardens of Distinction
Whether our gardens are nationally recognised or locally treasured, part of a magnificent country estate or a private home, Cheshire is widely recognised as the home of England’s finest gardens and is also host to the RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park each July.
Cheshire’s wealth of gardens owes much to its history. Large areas of the county were owned by wealthy families, who created lavish landscapes around their homes.
Many Cheshire stately homes and gardens offer groups the exclusive opportunity to explore areas which are not usually open to the public.
Historic Houses
Cheshire is home to some of the most breathtaking historic houses in the UK. You may recognise some from TV programmes and films, others may be completely new to you, but they all amongst the finest examples of their kind in the country.
Museums & Heritage
Cheshire’s cultural and industrial heritage is rich and varied. Visit some of the UK’s most fascinating working museums and discover why Cheshire is synonymous with many industries including salt, silk and cotton.
